A |     近日，中央宣传部办公厅、文化和旅游部办公厅、国家发展改革委办公厅、国家广播电视总局办公厅联合公布第二批全国公共文化服务高质量发展案例名单。浙江有2个案例入选优秀案例、1个案例入选典型案例。其中，“文艺赋美”盲盒音乐会就在杭州！“文艺赋美”盲盒音乐会让艺术融入城市肌理“文艺赋美”盲盒音乐会项目作为全省“文艺赋美”街头演艺精品演出点位，由浙江省文化广电和旅游厅指导、浙江省文化馆会同杭州市上城区文化和广电旅游体育局共同打造，通过“多点、高频、流动”的创新形式，将高品质文艺演出转化为城市公共空间的新景观，有效提升公共文化服务覆盖面和吸引力。经验做法创新场景体验：以“音乐盲盒”为核心形式，通过“未知感”与“悬念设计”激发观众参与热情。通过U型科技大屏的加持，化传统走廊为悬浮舞台、化静态屏幕为动态光盒，打造杭州首个沉浸式裸眼4D艺术地标。    (ECNS) -- Consumer associations across China handled 985,928 complaints in the first half of 2026, down 1.01% from a year earlier. Of these, resolving 567,926 cases, helping consumers recover 447 million yuan ($66.2 million), the China Consumers Association said Wednesday.    Complaints involving AI customer service increased as businesses expanded its use in product inquiries, fee explanations, marketing and after-sales support. Consumers reported misleading promises, difficulty reaching human agents and inaccurate AI-generated information.    Secondhand trading platforms also remained a major source of disputes, with complaints involving counterfeit or refurbished goods, missing accessories and undisclosed defects.    Complaints about online lending and other consumer finance services remained high, particularly over automatic charges made without clear consent.
