一 |     11月25日15时起，抚顺地区出现中雨转雨夹雪转大雪天气，通信设备及线路维护工作面临重大挑战。    (ECNS) -- Chinese researchers have developed a method that can directly and precisely detect trace rare-earth impurities in high-purity rare-earth materials, overcoming a long-standing challenge caused by matrix interference, CCTV News reported Monday.    The breakthrough, led by a key laboratory under the State Administration for Market Regulation at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, uses inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometry (ICP-MS/MS). The technique eliminates the need for matrix separation, offering higher sensitivity, accuracy and faster testing.    The team has also made advances in sample pretreatment and instrument calibration. The technologies are already widely used by rare-earth producers and testing institutions to improve quality control and testing efficiency.                        。面对极端天气，抚顺通信企业快速响应、迅速部署，组织各区县分公司有序开展应急抢修工作，织就了一张“通信保护网”，让严寒却步、服务升温。

二 |          　　自11月26日3时25分起，受极端天气影响，新宾、清原发生了大规模的电力故障，共计133个通信基站受到影响，严重阻碍了当地居民的通信联络和紧急救援工作的展开。面对这一严峻形势，各通信企业迅速启动应急预案，组织通信保障队伍，展开了一场与时间赛跑的抢修行动。         　　雨雪纷飞，通信保障人员不畏严寒，携带必要的抢修工具和发电设备，第一时间奔赴现场。         　　在抢修现场，通信保障人员分工明确，确保每一座基站都能在最短的时间内恢复运行。截至当日14时，经过紧张而有序的抢修工作，成功为39个通信基站提供了发电保障，恢复基站99个，有效缓解了部分地区的通信压力。
